Terms of Use

This document describes how PixDream processes personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the terms you accept when you register an account. It complements our Privacy Policy.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data and service operator is Eetu Myllynen, Finland. Contact: support@pixdream.net.

2. Categories of data and legal bases

• Email and password hash — processed to operate your account. Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Prompts and generated images — processed to deliver the service you request. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Purchase and order records — processed to deliver credits and meet accounting obligations. Legal bases: contract and legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
• IP addresses and security logs — processed to protect the service from abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

3. Processors we use

• Hetzner (Finland/Germany) — server hosting inside the EU.
• Pollinations — receives prompt text to generate images.
• NOWPayments — processes cryptocurrency payments independently.
• Google LLC / Apple Inc. — only if you use their sign-in, under their own terms.

We do not transfer the data we control outside the EU/EEA, except where a provider above operates globally under standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

4. Security measures

• All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS (TLS).
• Passwords are hashed with scrypt and unique salts; they are never stored or logged in plain text.
• Login attempts are rate-limited and protected by a bot check.
• Data lives on an access-controlled server; payment secrets are stored in files readable only by the service.

5. Acceptable use — prohibited content

You are solely responsible for the prompts you enter and the content you generate, and you must hold all necessary rights to it. The following are strictly forbidden and are blocked by automated filters; attempts lead to immediate account termination without refund, and serious cases are reported to the authorities:

• Any sexual, pornographic, or otherwise adult content.
• Any sexualised depiction of minors (CSAM) — this is reported to law enforcement.
• Content that infringes copyright or trademark: named characters, logos, brands, or franchises owned by others.
• Realistic depictions of identifiable real people without their consent, and deepfakes.
• Content that is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or promotes violence or illegal acts.
• Prompts containing other people's personal data.

You agree to indemnify PixDream against any claim arising from content you generate. To the extent permitted by law, PixDream provides the service "as is" and is not liable for how generated content is used. Also keep your account key and password safe — we cannot recover a password, only reset it on request.

6. Purchases and credits

• Credits are a digital good delivered instantly at purchase. As delivery begins immediately, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right is waived at checkout (Finnish Consumer Protection Act, ch. 6 § 16).
• Cryptocurrency payments are final and non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain.
• Credits have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged back to money or crypto, and expire only if the account is terminated for abuse.
• Goodwill refunds: if a card-paid subscription is essentially unused (no paid-tier generations), we may refund it on request within 14 days of purchase. Contact support@pixdream.net with your account email. Card subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the paid period.

7. Referral program

• Registered users may share a personal referral link. The referrer earns 20% of the price of every credit pack purchased by users who joined through their link.
• Earnings accrue in USD and can be converted to credits at any time. Once earnings reach the minimum of $20, you can request either USDT (TRC-20) to your wallet or a manual bank transfer to your IBAN, paid in EUR. The transfer fee (2%, minimum $0.25, maximum $20) is deducted from the payout amount.
• IBAN payout requests are processed manually within 7 days and are never sent through the automatic cryptocurrency payout system. Double-check your wallet address, IBAN and account holder name before requesting a payout.
• Self-referral, fake accounts, misleading advertising, or spam voids all accrued earnings and may lead to account termination.
• Referral earnings are income of the recipient — you are responsible for your own taxes.

8. Deleting your data

Email support@pixdream.net from your registered address and we will erase your account, gallery and images within 30 days. Purchase records that accounting law requires us to keep are retained but no longer linked to an active account.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes are announced on the site. The version you accepted at registration is recorded with a timestamp.
